Why We Exist
With over 90 years of combined experience of the promoters in the social sector—working alongside nonprofits, governments, and a wide range of stakeholders—we’ve seen organizations fall short, not because their ideas lack potential, but because they lack the awareness, capacity, and knowledge to access the right financing and support needed to bring their vision to life.

Director - Innovative Financing
Dr. Gautam Chakraborty
A pioneering expert in blended finance and impact bonds, with 30 years of experience designing innovative health financing solutions in India. He led the creation of India’s first healthcare blended finance facility, the world’s first maternal health and TB impact bonds, and collaborated with the Social Stock Exchange to channel philanthropic capital to NGOs.
Director - Strategic Partnership
Arvind Pandian
A seasoned professional with 25+ years of experience building cross-sector partnerships and mobilizing capital to scale health, climate, and development solutions. He has overseen more than $100 million in development funding and led high-impact initiatives, including the world’s largest corporate alliance to end TB and the Sustainable Action for Climate Health Alliance.
Director - Impact and ESG
Dr. Subrato Mondal
A distinguished expert in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL), Dr Mondal, holds academic credentials in Demography, Statistics, and Economics. With 35+ years of experience in evidence-based health sector evaluation, he has led MERL initiatives for USAID India and forged strong networks across South Asia’s research community.
